Zamzi Connect respects your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you are a registered user of Zamzi (including our WhatsApp services, such as the Fix-it Squad job alerts) and you would like your personal data deleted, you can do so in one of the ways below, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app (fastest)

Log in to your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete account and follow the on-screen confirmation steps. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and associated personal data from our systems.

Option 2: Send a data deletion request

If you cannot log in, or if you are not a registered user and want the data linked to your contact details removed, email us a deletion request to zamzijobs@gmail.com from the email address or phone number you used, stating "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and telling us what you would like deleted.

What happens next

• We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours.
• Your identified personal data will be permanently deleted, except where we are required by law, accounting, or reporting obligations to keep specific records.
• We do not retain your deleted data after processing the request.
